Responsibilities:

  • Procure both stocked consumables and Amazon stocked items for the warehouse utilizing imbedded processes and procedures.
  • Physical Inventory counts offshore warehouses on a yearly basis.
  • Care and custody of warehouse materials ensure accuracy and availability in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Material tracking and availability for various operations teams on and offshore.
  • Physical and systematic staging and issuance of material for scheduled work and/ or consumable items.
  • Physical and systematic movement of materials based on location and need.
  • Weekly offload of material cargo boxes. This includes the physical offload, confirmation of materials on a Bill of lading, and physical storage of said materials.
  • Shipment of materials through a tracker in and out of the platform. This includes but is not limited to tracking of repair and return items.
  • Monitoring and actioning of shared and personal email inboxes to ensure business continuity.
  • Optimization of Warehouse space: Including placement of fast-moving materials, materials with special storage requirements, materials with different physical profiles.
  • Assisting in optimization of stocking strategies for replenishment materials.
  • Offshore point of contact for material management and supply chain related inquiries.
  • Participation and adherence in any asset/company mandated programs, trainings, and/or other requirements.
  • Willingness to engage effectively with coworkers and colleagues with varying levels of experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to always don mandatory PPE (Personal protective equipment) when required.

Qualifications:

Role Specific technical skills required:

  • SAP (PR0 Instance specifically)
  • Material handling and warehousing experience
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft office tools

 

Role Specific "Other" Requirements:

  • Valid TWIC card (Preferred at time of hire)
  • Offshore Experience
  • THUET (Water Survival Training) - preferable
