Activities
1. To promote safety culture within the project and within her/his activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues
adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to HSEQ rules and requirements. To participate
and to promote Safety and Quality culture program (FOCUS). To ensure safe workplaces.
2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that she/he is managing or interfacing with. To
guarantee the compliance on his/her activities.
3. To ensure that state of the art, CLIENT referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
4. To work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the PBF & LIFEX activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her
level.
5. With the spirit of CLIENT'S values, to establish and manage her/his activities motivating her/his counterparts and to work
diligently to meet the targets of the Projects.
6. To promote digitalization and innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings
all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.
7. To promote a LEAN approach and visual management.
8. Service To coordinator the LIFEX work program on site.
9. To support the RSES-D offshore in the planning an preparation of the LIFEX work program
10. To follow Work Program activities overall progress and alert the Package leaders, the LIFEX Work Program coordinator in case of deviation
from validated duration and/or Manhours
11. To optimize the execution sequence at all times between the different parties involved (DT/EPT, FO/MAN, PBF) to ensure resources are
used at their maximum.
12. To be the focal point for the onshore LIFEX team in terms of progress and areas of attention.
13. To support the LIFEX Work program coordinator (onshore) to build, maintain, and follow the yearly integrated LIFEX Work Program
(GIRASSOL) and the Flotel work program: identify all activities, inventory, materials required, POB, logistics associated and optimization of
all possible tasks to be included in the Work Program.
14. To challenge Package stakeholder / leaders on activities duration and POB based on their experience and REX from previous years Work
Programs. Identify constraints and propose a solution/arbitration.
15. To maintain excellent relationship and coordination with all entities involved (onshore and offshore) on regularly basis to coordinate Work
Program activities preparation. Follow-up planning milestones for preparation, alert in case of anticipated delay or deviation and propose
solutions or arbitration. Prepare the Performance tracking sheet once the Service enters in 4MLA planning.
16. To participate to 5 Weeks Look Ahead and 4 Months Look ahead meetings.
17. To manage the LIFEX Work Program offshore reporting (scope, progress, area of concerns, cost, planning).
18. To set up regular meetings and follow the actions associated with its scope.
19. To set up an overall actions and areas of concern registers / database to flag on regular basis the points of attention.
20. To keep LIFEX Work Program coordinator and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status.
21. Depending on the progress of the DALIA LIFEX FEED, the LIFEX work program coordinator offshore might be requested to proceed with
some coordination related to DALIA LIEFX scope.
22. To gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to other CLIENT'S entities. Perform hot debriefing on the executed Services by
getting Site and entities feedbacks. Issue a short REX when deemed necessary of Work Program major activities, from preparation to
execution


Accountabilities
• Coordinate LIFEX work program on site
• Consolidate the LIFEX work program, site coordination, integrating all constraints from site and work readiness.
• Prepare work pack for LIFEX projects.
• Maintain excellent relationship and coordination with all entities involved in LIFEX projects (B17 Operational teams, SIT, DT, PBF).
• Work in coordination with work program leader, Lifex coordinator and the affiliate planners.
• Take advantage of planned full field shutdowns and any other opportunities to optimize the execution of the work.
• Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to H3SE rules & requirements and implement H3SE rules within her/his area of
responsibility. Avoid complacency in terms of H3SE.
• Work efficiency with TEPA and PBF transverse entities (HSE, Production, QA/QC, project controls).
• Work in transverse mode and promote it by exemplarity.
• Promote and deploy with all parties involved the work together mindset and concrete actions.
• Assist for preparation/execution (PTW if required)
• Quantify and detailed with EPT the assistance requirement for Topsides scope of work (scaffolds, LFP) and assist Production to produce
MAD (Isolation process)

 

Qualifications/Experience required
• Professional experience: 10 years in similar domain, experience in topsides offshore activities (construction, maintenance), project
management, project planning.
• Languages: English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Good communication skills, organizational skills, autonomous, positive attitude, motivated and team spirit mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate LIFEX activities preparation with both detailed and high level view
• Knowledge of Evision/ePERMIT Girassol and Dalia site application
• Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Primavera) is an advantage
• Familiar with TEPA/GS/SG rules for piping and structural (GS EP PVV 171-SG STR 101). PID's and Isometrics reading
• MAD (IP) review and proposal / Bulk material review if any
• Knowledge of SAP-Unisup
• FSEM / FSRM preparation for MTN assistance - Logistic items IN/OUT procedure
• CTA (Certificate Travaux Achievement) preparation assistance - Inspection for NI/EPT-CST
• Valid BOSIET/HUET mandatory
